Hello! We are Brett and Crystal Walters, the owners of Teak and Thyme Farm in Eagle Bridge, New York. Life on the farm keeps us busy tending to our flowers, herbs, bees, sheep, and chickens—each one a small part of the charm that makes this place so special to us.

Many people ask about our story and how we began the adventure of restoring a 200-year-old home and farm. From early on in our relationship, we shared a love for history and old buildings. With Brett being a woodworker and Crystal an artist, most of the restoration work on the historical estate is done by us. We take special care to make every update look as if it was from the 1840 time period. 

 

Our vision for the property is to create a place that feels like stepping back in time—complete with English-style gardens, peaceful farm views, and welcoming gathering spaces where people can celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. At Teak and Thyme Farm, our hope is to share a piece of history, beauty, and nostalgia with everyone who visits.
